following links are external entities that represent a wide spectrum of
resources related to CIP and Cyber Security. Note, that as these are
external resources, Malta CIP has no control over the nature, content
and availability of these sites:
- The Directorate-General
of the European Commission is in charge of the policy area known as
"Home Affairs". It manages policies that aim at ensuring that all
activities necessary and beneficial to the economic, cultural and social
growth of the EU may develop in a stable, lawful and secure
environment.
- The Digital Agenda is the EU's strategy to help digital technologies, including the internet, to deliver sustainable economic growth.
- The Joint Research Centre
(JRC) is the European Commission's in-house science service which
employs scientists to carry out research in order to provide independent
scientific advice and support to EU policy.
- The European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) is a 'pace-setter' for Information Security and a centre of expertise in Europe.
